Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production or fulfillment has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered production, been prepared for shipment, or handed off to our fulfillment partner, cancellations are no longer possible.

For made-to-order or production-based items, all sales are final once production has started.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at pecnycshop@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If a cancellation is approved, any applicable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.
