Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow up to 10–14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days, followed by shipping transit time, which may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If you have not received your order within 14 business days after shipment, please contact us at pecnycshop@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered by the carrier, PEC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier-related issues.

In cases where a package is marked as delivered but not received, we will assist by opening an investigation with the carrier. Any resolution, including reimbursement or replacement, is subject to the carrier’s final determination.

Delivery confirmation, tracking updates, and delivery photos provided by the carrier are considered valid proof of delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the selected shipping method.

International Shipping

PEC ships internationally and offers free shipping on international orders over $300 USD.

International orders are shipped via FedEx once processing is complete. Delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of PEC’s control.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or fees, the package may be abandoned by the carrier and will not be eligible for a refund.

If a shipment is delayed or cannot be located, we will first open an investigation with the carrier. No refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued until the carrier has concluded the investigation or the shipment has been returned to us.
